I could only bring a limited number of people, the appointment felt impersonal, and I felt pressured to purchase additional items that I didn’t want or need. Instead of leaving with excitement, I walked away feeling stressed and deflated. The prospect of going through a similar experience when shopping for bridesmaid dresses led me to realize there had to be a better way.
